Why did you start following the Satvic lifestyle?

l had a rare and complex disease called Myasthenia Gravis, it is an autoimmune disease where the nerves & muscles get severely affected. I faced difficulty climbing stairs or if there was a level difference I tend to fall. And, there are stairs everywhere, whether you are travelling in an aeroplane, riding on a bus or visiting a friend. Due to my inability to climb steps & loss of balance, I had endured 15 injuries in my legs in the past. After watching Subah's video I was motivated to start following the satvic lifestyle & moreover I was hoping to meet someone with a similar disease as mine.

 

What did you start doing? Tell us about your healing journey.

I had been doing sunbathing before attending the workshop. My complete understanding of food & health was changed after the workshop. Subah has asked us to eat water-rich food & do sunbathing to cure bone & muscle ailments. I have been following this advice with all my heart & honestly, I have gained so much confidence in my self. I following the satvic lifestyle religiously for the last 3 months, I am doing everything, enema, wet packs, sunbathing, eating Satvic food routinely. To heal my bones I also started eating water-rich foods and exposing my legs & arms to the sun. 

 

What are the benefits you received by following the Satvic lifestyle?

I have started feeling more confident while walking or climbing steps. Now, I know that I won't fall. There is this feeling that I will be completely cured soon. Earlier, I used to feel a limp or asymmetry in my walk. From the moment I have started eating water-rich food & doing sunbathing every day, I can feel my walk becoming stable day by day. I am lucky to have a bedroom where I get ample sunlight throughout the day, and as advised by Subah I expose my complete body to the sunlight. Because of this, the pain in my hips and joints has also minimized to a great extent. I feel like I have gained control over my body. 

 

Apart from the physical changes have you noticed any spiritual changes?

My complete perspective on food & health has changed. I can feel an alignment growing between my mind & body. I have become much more aware of our Vedas & scriptures. I am also learning Sanskrit so that I can read the Vedas & gain a deeper understanding of God and grow spiritually and following the satvic lifestyle has helped me immensely in this. I want to share this knowledge with people, who are suffering every day. So many people can get benefited from this truth. 

 

Can you imagine a world without diseases & medicines? What do you picture?

For me, that would be an ideal world, the way the world should be. Lack of knowledge is taking us in the wrong direction. There are these pharmaceutical companies that have ingrained the wrong beliefs in us. I feel like knowledge is the key, if we all could equip ourselves with the right knowledge then all the diseases & distresses in the world can be cured. And, I can feel this change coming, there are people who are moving back to the knowledge given in our Vedas & changing their food & habits.
