Returns & Refunds
We always strive to offer the best quality of products for our community.
Most of the products we offer are non-returnable due to hygiene/personal care nature of the product.
However, if anyone is not satisfied with what they have received, we can provide a refund of the amount, if intimated through email@example.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. This refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the time you notify us.
In case the product is damaged or defective, we will replace it.
The products are eligible for free replacement only in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a replacement.
This policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the day you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.
