Why did you start following the Satvic lifestyle? Any health problems? Any fitness goals?
Around April, a friend of mine had shared a link to Subah's video with me. After watching her videos, I was intrigued by the knowledge provided by her. To learn more, I researched about Satvic Movement and Nature cure on the internet and was impressed by this philosophy. Moreover, both my children were suffering from thyroid and finding a natural cure was also a reason why I made my whole family follow the Satvic Lifestyle.
What did you start doing? Tell us about your healing journey.
After watching the videos, we immediately started following the diet, doing wet packs and sunbathing. We started drinking fresh ash-gourd juice in the morning and gave up sugar, dairy and oil altogether. When I got to learn about Subah's upcoming workshop in Mumbai, I immediately called and reserved a seat for each of my family member. We attended th workshop in May 2019. One major change that we did after the workshop was to quit milk and milk products completely. We also bought clay pots for cooking.
What are the benefits you received by following the Satvic lifestyle?
I have lost 8 kg in 2 months, I feel much lighter and energetic. And after starting this lifestyle I don't feel any sort of soreness or pain in my body. Moreover, the thyroid level of both of my children is in control.
Have you noticed any mental or spiritual changes?
Yes, I have. Initially, I used to feel cravings for unheay=thy food, but now I have gained so much self-control and self-awareness about what I eat. I feel mentally more active and aware.
