I always thought yoga is only for people with perfect bodies who can do all the asanas easily. I knew I was not fit enough to practice all the difficult asanas, and that's why I always stayed away from yoga. All of this changed with the 21 day Yoga Sadhana. These are such important principles, that I feel, everyone who practises yoga should know about them. Also, even though I signed up for a yoga workshop, it was so much more than just 'yoga'. We learnt about many healthy habits over the course of the workshop, and because the 'Why' was always clear, I was able to incorporate them into my life. Today, I make sure to do my 16 hour fast, practice pranayama & yoga on an empty stomach and have my ash gourd juice every morning. I also take out one day of the week to do a full day fast. As a result of all these habits, I have become much more calm and I don't feel anxious like I would earlier.

The 21-day Yoga Sadhana was SO MUCH FUN! I connected with the community and really enjoyed the meditations, kirtans, quizzes, and so many other elements of the workshop. In all the yoga workshops attended earlier, the teacher always forced us to do asanas, and since we could not do it, it made us feel demotivated. FAQs
Can beginners join this class?
Yes, anyone aged 14 and above can join! In the first week, we’ll learn and practice asanas step by step, focusing on each body part. From the second week onwards, we’ll shift focus to breath and alignment, and only in the third week will we move towards flows. The workshop is suitable for all levels.
I am in a different time zone/country and cannot attend the live sessions. Will the sessions be recorded?
Not to worry! The replay link will be available for 24 hours. You can attend the classes with the recordings.
I suffer from chronic diseases like diabetes, thyroid, high blood pressure, etc. Can I practice yoga?
Yes, absolutely! This challenge along with the Satvic lifestyle will help you reverse your chronic conditions.
Will the session be LIVE or pre-recorded?
The sessions will be pre-recorded to ensure a seamless webinar experience. Additionally, the teachers will provide real-time support through the Facebook group.
About The Hosts

Radhika Gupta
Radhika was trained by Dr. Balasundra Srinatha and BNS Iyengar in Mysore in 2017. This in-depth course gave her the required skills to make yoga available online so that it reaches millions of people.
She has an Honours degree in Psychology from Lady Shree Ram College, Delhi. She combines the tools of modern science and ancient scriptures to help you grow better.
At 28, Radhika was diagnosed with breast cancer. This is when her journey of Yoga began. She practised yoga for years, even while going through chemotherapy. Today, she is healthier & more grounded than ever before.

Akshay Jain
Akshay, an inner-work teacher at Satvic Movement, discovered his passion for yoga at the age of 20. His dedication led him to attend over a dozen inner work programs across various yoga schools, immersing himself in the practice for 4-6
Driven by a calling to share his experiences, Akshay now hosts transformative kriyas, meditations, and inner experiences in the Yoga Wing. With a focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment, he guides his students into states of deep relaxation and self-discovery.

Subah Saraf
Subah is an acclaimed health educator, published author and co-founder of the health education platform 'Satvic Movement'. Subah's journey into health began after she healed her own chronic diseases by following natural healing principles.
At the young age of 17, she decided to devote her life to the purpose of uplifting people's health, and trained to become a holistic health educator. She learnt the science of 'nature cure' under the guidance of multiple Indian masters.
Subah's goal is to share this intricate ancient knowledge, adjusted to contemporary lifestyles, with as many people as possible, using all the tools that current day technology has to offer.
