What is Navratri cleanse?
A Navratri cleanse is a period of time where you consume only fresh juices, smoothies, and soups - no solid food is allowed. This gives your digestive system a break, flushes out toxins, and can help you lose weight, improve your skin, and even reduce cravings!
Is it essential for me to do the cleanse, or can I just attend to learn about cleanse?
We believe the true value of this workshop comes from actually participating in the cleanse alongside everyone else, so we highly recommend doing the cleanse with the rest of the community.
How will I feel during the 3-day Navratri cleanse?
It is a cleansing process. As your body throws out the toxins sitting inside and gets used to the new routine, it is common to experience some symptoms such as headaches, nausea, vomiting, acidity and weakness. This is a temporary discomfort. Once your body is cleansed through fasting, you will experience abundant energy and mental clarity.
Is juice cleansing safe?
Yes, Juice cleansing is generally safe, but there are a few exceptions. If you are currently taking medication for chronic diseases, please consult your doctor before enrolling for the workshop. Additionally, we advise the following groups to strictly refrain from joining the workshop:Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, children below age 14, those who are underweight, and individuals on medication who haven't consulted their doctor about cleansing.

Harshvardhan & Subah Saraf
Subah and Harshvardhan Saraf are renowned health educators, change makers, authors and co-founders of Satvic Movement.They both suffered from chronic diseases since a young age, and overcame them through natural methods.
Subah studied the nature cure philosophy under esteemed Indian masters. Subah's purpose is to now share this knowledge with the world, in easy and simple terms.
When conventional medicine fell short, Harsh turned to diet and lifestyle changes, which miraculously resolved his health problems. This profound transformation inspired him to help others by spreading the knowledge that changed his life.

Akshay Jain & Radhika Gupta
Radhika is the Head of Yogic Sciences at Satvic Movement. She leads the yoga workshops, which have been attended by over 100,000 participants.A trained psychologist, Radhika combines the tools of modern science and ancient scriptures to help you grow better.
Akshay is an inner-work teacher at Satvic Movement.He hosts kriyas, meditations and various inner experiences in the Yoga Wing. Having attended 12 inner work programs and practising for hundreds of hours, he creates a safe space to go into deep states of relaxation
