FAQs

How will the sessions be hosted?

The course will be held on the Satvic App. You won't need to switch on your camera or mic. We'll share all the details about accessing the course 7 days before it starts.

Are all the recipes from the Satvic food books?

While this food challenge includes a selection of recipes from the Satvic food books, we have also curated new and exciting recipes exclusively for this program.

Will recordings be provided? I'm in a different country/time zone.

We highly recommend attending the sessions on the same day to fully immerse yourself in the experience and benefit from live interaction. However, if attending the session is not possible, don't worry, recordings of the sessions will be made available until Wednesday following the conclusion of the workshop. We encourage you to fully commit to the program to experience the benefits of Satvic food.

What tools and equipment do I need to participate in the challenge?

To fully participate in the challenge, you will need access to a kitchen and basic kitchen equipment such as a blender, pots, pans and spatulas. Additionally, you will need to have measuring cups and spoons for accurate ingredient measurements. If you don't have them, you can purchase them from our website at https://store.satvicmovement.org/products/the-kitchen-kit/ or through Amazon.
