When this challenge started, I was pretty confident that I won’t be able to complete this challenge. I was a completely different person when it came to waking up early. These 21 days were the most beautiful days of my life. Even with deprived sleep as I slept late sometimes, I was able to wake up at 5 am every day and move through the day with full vigour and energy. What if I can't wake up at 5 am everyday?

Don't worry if you can't wake up at 5 AM every day! Our workshop is designed to provide you with the inspiration, knowledge, and tools to help you wake up at 5 AM. If you miss a session, don't worry, our community of participants is always available to offer support and guidance through notes and resources. Additionally, we provide a 24-hour recording for each session to ensure you don’t miss out on any valuable content. We promise that by the end of the workshop, you will achieve more than you ever thought possible. Join us today and start your journey to becoming an early riser!

Will recordings be provided? I'm in a different country/time zone.

We highly encourage you to attend the session at 5:00 AM IST each morning to fully experience the benefits of the workshop. However, we understand that participants may join from various countries and time zones. To accommodate this, a 24-hour recording is provided for your convenience.

Will the sessions be live or pre-recorded?

To provide the best experience possible (without any technical glitches) the sessions will be pre-recorded. Don't worry, the sessions will still be highly interactive as thousands of other participants will be watching the sessions with you. While the sessions are pre-recorded, our coaches and other participants will still be available to answer any questions and provide support through our Facebook group. On what platform will this workshop be conducted on?

Rajat Jadon is a certified Satvic educator, and an early riser. He has hosted workshops for over 15,000 people to implement this habit of waking up early, setting them on the path towards leading an extraordinary life

He is a firm believer in the transformative power of waking up early. He has found that this habit gives direction to life, instills hope, boosts self-confidence, and infuses life with boundless energy. His unique teaching style and youthful approach has converted boring classroom style lectures into invograting sessions that each participant eagerly looks foward to.

As a core member of Satvic Movement, Rajat is also a filmmaker, editor, and creative director. He has created numerous videos to inspire people to embrace a healthy, Satvic lifestyle.
