Janani’s (founder of Athrini) journey with Athrini <\/em>started as a personal one. As a former corporate lawyer, she thrived on problem-solving, but she longed to create something meaningful- something that aligned with her values. Her love for animals led her towards a plant-based lifestyle, and her passion for mindful eating inspired her to reimagine the way we look at food. Too often, gluten-free and plant-based options are seen as compromises- bland, inferior, or something people “settle” for. Janani wanted to change that.
